摘要
介绍了在数控镗床上加工钻井泵机架的方法,包括利用数控镗床的回转精度并采用动力副头加工,提高机架加工的形状和位置精度及工作效率;利用数控镗床攻丝装置等辅助刀具和重要加工工序的数控编程及机架加工工艺等。分析了动力副头的设计、安装、定位精度和数控镗床加工机架的特点。通过设计工艺装备,优化加工工艺,保证了加工精度,降低了制造成本。
The rack is the key component of drilling pump; its machining accuracy affects drilling pump assembly and transmission accuracy of power end and hydraulic end, and so affects the life of pump. Usually boring lathe and processing technique and equipment are used. The method of CNC boring machine processing drilling pump rack, by rotating precision of CNC boring machine, the sub-head power is used to process for improving the rack shape and location of processing accuracy, so efficiency is improved. The design and installation of sub-head power and analysis of positioning accuracy were induced. A brief introduction of CNC Boring Machine Tool-assisted was described, such as tapping device, and the NC program and process of important processes as well. The characteristics of CNC boring machine processing the rack were analyzed. Through the design process equipment, process optimization, the machining accuracy, reducing manufacturing costs were ensured.
