金融自由化视角的金融危机生成、传导及其防范被引量：6

摘要通过梳理经典金融危机模型,从金融自由化的次序和程度两个维度阐释危机生成机理,结合金融深化驱动经济虚拟化的全球背景以及经济虚拟化过程中经济运行的心理依赖特征,推演出金融危机的传导机制:汇率-贸易渠道:"波及效应";金融-债务渠道:"传染效应";心理-行为渠道:"羊群效应"。我国是一个发展中的转型国家,在金融自由化加速改革的进程中,为了防止金融危机发生、阻断危机蔓延和维护我国转型经济安全,应采取的对策为:合理安排金融自由化的次序和速度;实现金融监管与金融创新的动态匹配;转向内需主导型经济发展模式;政府对金融市场实施积极干预;拓展国际合作、重建国际金融新秩序等。
