摘要
为能形象地理解位错的基本性质,本文以螺型位错为例,借助 OpenGL 的3D 技术,通过在 Visual C++6.0中编写程序,对螺型位错滑移时原子动态图象及其应力场分量进行了计算机模拟,并详细阐述了程序设计原理和实现方法;用此研究螺型位错的滑移图像,可以直观地看到晶体中每个原子在有位错经过时的运动情况.这对研究运动的螺型位错以及混合型位错的特性都有重要意义.
In order to make a better understanding of the basic properties of dislocations, in this paper the computer simulation for dynamic image of atoms and components of the stress fields of screw dislocation (which is used as an example) was successfully performed by programming with OpenG1 and Visual C++6.0 language. In addition, the design principle and implementation method of the computer program were also expounded. The thinking of programming and the conclusions got by qualitative and quantitative analysis also have the reference value to the further research of dislocations characteristics.
