摘要
利用激光二极管抽运掺镱硅酸镥(Yb:Lu2SiO5,Yb:LSO)晶体,在腔内不加任何主被动调制器、且腔内未插入硬光阑的情况下,实现了激光器的克尔透镜自锁模运转。采用4镜Z形折叠腔,在抽运功率为15.8 W时,得到平均功率达2.05 W的克尔透镜自锁模稳定脉冲输出,相应的斜率效率为16.5%。
A laser diode-pumped Kerr-lens self-mode-locked laser was achieved by using Yb: Lu2SiO5 (Yb: LSO) crystal without any active or passive modulators and hard diaphragm inside the cavity. With the incident pump power of 15.8 W, the output power of the Kerr-lens self-mode-locked pulse reaches 2.05 W in the four-mirror cavity, corresponding to a slope efficiency of 16.5 %.
