沙角衣藻对镉胁迫下小麦幼苗抗氧化酶活性的影响 被引量:1

The effect of Chlamydomonas sajiao Lewin on activities of antioxidant enzymes in wheat seedlings under cadmium stress

摘要 以不同浓度单一沙角衣藻和混合 Cd^(2+)对小麦进行处理,分别在处理后第0~6 d 测小麦幼苗体内 SOD、CAT、GR、APX 的活性变化.结果表明,单一Cd^(2+)处理使前3种酶的活升高,后一种酶的活性降低;一定时间内一定浓度的单一藻液处理能使酶活性升高.在藻液Cd^(2+)混合处理中,SOD、CAT、GR、APX 活性最终都高于单一Cd^(2+)处理组.说明在高浓度迫下,沙角衣藻对小麦幼苗能起到一定的保护作用. After wheat was treated with simplex Chlamydomonas sajiao Lewin under different concentration and mixed with Cd^2+ , activities of SOD, CAT, GR, APX were analyzed in 0, 2, 4, 6 days. The results showed that the activities of SOD, CAT, GR increased by the simplex Cd^2+ concentration, only the activity of APX was reduced. The activities of the preceding enzymes increased by the simplex Chlamydomonas sajiao Lewin under the definite concentration in some time. When dealed with mixture of Chlarnydomonas sajiao Lewin and Cd^2 , activities of the 4 enzymes were always higher than those dealed with the simplex Cd^2+. It showed that Chlamydornonas sajiao Lewin could protected wheat seedlings under the high concentration of Cd^2+.
