摘要
设计了一个对交通、安防行为进行智能夜视监控的系统方案。综合利用图像处理、模式识别、计算机视觉和网络通讯等技术,在对交通、安防视频流进行实时采集的基础上,首先成功地识别出敏感目标,然后实现对敏感目标的自动识别分类以及对监控现场的自动抓拍录像,并完成对采集到的信息进行传输和相关数据管理的工作。
In the paper, an intelligent night vision monitoring system for transportation and safety defense was designed. On the basis of real-time data collection of video stream on transportation and safety defense, and through comprehensive utilization of techniques such as image processing, pattern recognition, computer vision and network communication, firstly a sensitive target was successfully recognized, then it was automatically classified, and the monitored scene was automatically captured and recorded, after that the collected information was transmitted and relevant data was managed.
