摘要
介绍了某造纸企业麦草制浆废水的主要处理工艺和各构筑物的尺寸及作用,并分析了该工艺处理麦草制浆废水的处理效率和处理成本。该工程在投产初期运行状况良好,达到了国家排水标准。近年来,随着国家排放标准的日益严格,该工艺也进行了调整,不但满足了排放标准的要求,同时也实现了用延时曝气活性污泥法在低DO下处理麦草制浆废水。
The treatment process and the sizes and effects of different structures of the wastewater of pulp with ryegrass in a paper-making mill are introduced. The treatment efficiency and cost of this process are analyzed. It runs well in the early stage, and the effluent water meets the requirements of the national standard. In recent years, this process has been adjusted, since the national standard of effluent discharge is getting strict more and more. It not only satisfies the requirements of the standard of discharge, but also carries out the wastewater treatment of pulp with ryegrass by extended aeration activated sludge process in low DO.
