摘要
采用正交试验对蕨根总黄酮的最佳提取工艺进行研究。结果表明,超声波乙醇提取蕨根总黄酮最佳工艺为乙醇浓度为60%,料液比1:60,温度90℃,时间60min。采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定蕨根中钙、镁、铁、锌、铜、铬和镍7种元素的含量。结果显示:其相对标准偏差为0.51%~2.3%,回收率为96.3%~104.0%。
The flavonids in the fernery were extracted under different extraction conditions based on the orthogonal experiment design. The results indicated the optimum extracting condition of ultrasonic intensified ethanol extraction method is A2B2C3D3,i. e. ,60% ethanol as solvent,ratio of liquid/solid as 1 : 60, refluxing time of 60 rain. And ICP-AES determination of Ca ,Mg ,Fe ,Zn ,Cu ,Cr and Ni in fernery was reported in this paper. And the results also showed that the average recovery was 96. 3%-104.0% and the RSD was 0. 51%-42.3%.
