漓江水质硅藻生物监测方法研究 被引量:17

摘要 以漓江为示范区,比较硅藻IBD、IPS指数与我国现有河流物化监测的差异性,并对漓江生态状况进行评估。水质物化评价显示漓江为Ⅲ类及优于Ⅲ类以上水体,硅藻IPS和IBD评价表明漓江为中等及中等以上水体,不同的监测断面,水质物化与硅藻IPS及IBD生物评价结果不完全一致。硅藻生态类群组成显示,9月较3月耐中污染和强污染种群、异养硅藻、喜好低氧硅藻类群明显增加,水质下降,不同月份水体均以喜中性和碱性的硅藻类群为主。IBD、IPS指数均与水体溶解氧呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。以上结果对开展我国河流生物监测具有一定的借鉴作用,但该方法均基于国外河流硅藻生物监测技术,其适用性还需要开展进一步的研究。 The water qualities were tested by chem-phydical parameters and diatom index in Lijiang river. The chem-phydical parameters indicated that the Lijiang river water quality is belonged to Ⅲ type above, while diatom index showed its quality is at medium level or above the medium. The results are different with different assessments. For diatom eco-type, the results showed that the saprobic, N-heterotrophic and low aerobic diatom taxa increased from March to September which indicated the water quality became worse in this period. Major diatoms are Circumneutral and alkaliphilous species in Lijiang river. The significant relationships were found among IPS,IBD and dissolved oxygen. The above results based on other country's method provides a good experience for river biomonitoring in our country,but more research should be carried out in order to establish our nation's biomonitoring standard.
