摘要
我国数据库产业不仅产品规模小、质量低、效益差,而且学科分布畸形。为此,我国应实施"优先、扶持、保护"的发展方针,建立产业管理体制,实行集中与分散相结合的发展模式,构建数据库的制度保护体系。
The database industry in China has small scale, low quality and poor benefits, with unscientific distribution of various subjects. So China shall follow the principle of ＂preferential, supportive, and protection＂, establish industrial management system, pursue the concentrated and decentralized development mode so as to construct the database protection system.
