摘要
利用组织培养技术繁育苹果苗,采用不同硼浓度和不同硼、钙浓度营养液对其进行培养,结果表明,在本实验条件下培养苹果苗,营养液中硼的缺乏临界浓度为0.50mg/L,适宜硼、钙浓度分别为5~6mg/L和40mg/L。硼对苹果苗根系影响明显强于钙,而对整株发育则小于钙的作用。过量的钙影响苹果苗生长,只有当营养液中硼、钙浓度均适宜时,苹果苗才能正常生长。
In this paper the apple seedlings were bred by tissue culture and then grew in different boron,and different boron and calcium concentration nutrient solution .The results showed that the critical value of boron deficiency in nutrient solution was 0.5mg/L, and the optimal boron and calcium concentrations were 5~6mg/L and 40mg/L respectively. Boron gave stronger root system than calcium ,but calcium was better for whole plant development.The apple seedlings grew well only in the optimal concentration of boron and calcium, while excess calcium affected seedling growth.
