摘要
介绍了一种扫描型红外探测伺服系统的工作原理及步进电机在红外探测伺服系统中的应用。在扫描型红外探测器中,它是采用逐行扫描方式进行目标扫描并成像,因而对伺服系统的方位速度稳定精度、俯仰位置定位精度提出了较高的要求。所以,文中选用了高精度的交流伺服电机作为方位驱动单元,高性能的步进电机作为俯仰驱动单元,以达到高质量的红外成像。
In this paper, principle of infrared detection servo system and application of step motor to infrared detection servo system are introduced. Scanning type detector detects targets in scanning mode, so to its servo system, high azimuth velocity stability and high elevation position stability are required. Accordingly high accuracy AC servo system and step motor is used to serve as azimuth and elevation component, thus realizing high quality infrared image.
