摘要
为了加速大石早生李的苗木生产,应用植物生长调节剂进行了嫩枝扦插育苗试验。结果表明,选择长15~25cm、顶部带3~4个叶片的半木质化嫩枝,用250mg/L萘乙酸溶液处理插穗基部30s,在扦插床内保持温度25~28℃、湿度85%以上、30%的透光率,生根率可达87%,扦插45d后,移栽成活率可达95%以上。于5~9月份不同时间扦插,以8月份生根率最低,其他月份生根率较高且差异不明显。
For speeding up the production of planting stock of Dashi early ripening plum ,the experiments on softwood cuttage were conducted with plant growth regulators.The rooting rate of 87% were obtained 45 days after cuttage using the half lignified green twigs with 3~4 leaves,treated with NAA 250 mg/L for 30 seconds ,cultured in cutting bed under 25~28℃,relative humidity over 85% and transparency 30%.For the rooted cuttings the survival rate after transplanting was as high as 95%. All the cuttings collected during the period of May to September gave comparative high rooting rate with no significant difference except those collected in August.
