光纤光栅感温火灾探测系统在盾构机上的应用

摘要 从理论角度分析了光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)对温度的响应特性,介绍了在长江隧道盾构机上安装的光纤光栅感温火灾探测系统的结构组成,通过分析实际测得的数据得到系统的显示分辨率可以达到0.1℃,精度达到±1℃,报警温度误差为±5℃,响应时间≤20 s。该系统采用光栅进行信号检测,实现现场无电检测,本质防爆,数值量检测,检测精确度高,运行稳定性好,采用分布式测量方式,测量点多,方式灵活,并且具有自检功能,可实时监测自身运行情况并输出故障报警声光信号等优点。 The characteristic of fiber Bragg grating(FBG) responding to temperature has been analyzed from the angle of theory. And the system of fiber Bragg grating sensing temperature and fire monitoring which has been installed in shield tunnel borer in Changjiang tunnel has been introduced. From the data we can confirm that the precision is ± 1 ℃, the resolution is 0.1 ℃ ,the error of warning temperature is ± 5 ℃ and the responding time is 420 s. Because the signal inspected by fiber Bragg grating, the system is non-electricity measurement, defending exploding in essence, numerical measurement, and high precision, high stability. And because of distributing measurement method, the system is also with merit as multi-point measurement, unrestricted style, inspecting itself and monitoring running situation and warning with optical signal in time.
