摘要
科学有效的管理是高校高水平运动队生存与发展的根本,就其发展目标、管理模式、管理内容进行了深入研究。从管理学、运动训练学、教育学方面就我国高校高水平运动队的管理与发展存在的问题进行了剖析并提出相应的对策。
Scentific and efficient management is the key to the existence and development of top level sports team in colleges. The paper has deeply explored its developmental goal, management mode, and management contents. The present problems in management and development of Chinese top level sports team in colleges have been discussed, and corresponding solutions have also been proposed from the perspective of management science, sports training science, and education science.
