摘要
用不同浓度的植物生长调节剂浸一串红不同枝段的插条基部，结果表明，1000mg／LIAA处理能显著提高插条生根率、生根数，枝条上段嫩枝生根效果好；GA3为一串红的理想促花剂，花期可提前10天；混合营养基质盆栽一串红能显著提高移栽成活率，改善长势长相。
Different sections of stick of Salvia splendens were soaked in different concentrations of growth regulators for 5 seconds. The results showed that treating the cuttings with IAA at 1000mg/L significantly increased the rooting percentage and rooting number, and the upper sticks rooted easily. GA3 was a perfect chemicals of various growth regulators in promoting flowering and had an earlier flower stage for 10 days and shortened the culture time greatly. Mixed nutrient medium significantly increased the cuttings survival transplanting and improved their features.
