中国大陆工读学校现状及对策研究

Gurrent Situation and Strategies of Reform School in China's Mainland

本文基于当前我国正在制定《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》的大背景,重点关注我国大陆工读教育,在调查研究基础上,通过系统研究我国大陆工读学校历史沿革、办学体制、运行机制、决策体制、管理体制、经费管理、权利义务关系、工读学校类型等现状,梳理其存在主要问题并提出相应思考对策,最后提出走"特殊教育"与"特色教育"相结合之路,以期为我国《学校法》建构和规范相应的学校制度提供实践和理论支持。

On the basis of survey, this article systematically studies the history, the rule of running a school, running system, decision making system, management, relationship of right and duty, the type of school and so on. Therefore, it is possible to find out its problems and the corresponding solutions. This will provide support theoretical and practical to Chinese ＂School Law＂ which intends to establish and develop some school systems.
