团体训练促进初二学生自尊的实验研究 被引量:3

An Experimental Study on the Fostering of Grade 8 Students' Self-esteem via Group Training

摘要 目的:通过团体训练提高初二学生的自尊发展水平。方法:采用《中小学生自尊自我评定问卷》,在大连市某中学初二年级,以班级为单位进行集体施测,筛选出自尊发展水平低的被试27名,随机分为两组,其中实验组14名,控制组13名。采用自尊团体训练方案对实验组被试实施促进自尊发展的教育现场实验,以提高其自尊水平。结果:团体训练后,实验组自尊水平以及自尊各维度得分都显著高于控制组;追踪评估的结果也显示,实验组自尊水平得到了巩固和保持。结论:团体训练可以有效地提高初二学生的自尊水平。 Objective:To improve Grade 8 students's self- esteem through group training. Methods:Grade 8 students in a school of Dalian were recruited through cluster sampling and 27students with lower self- esteem selected by Adolescents' Self- esteem Self- report Inventory were divided into two groups randomly( 14 students as the experimental group and 13 ones as the control group). The experimental group was intervened with group training. Results:Mter training, the experimental group have significantly higher scores than the control group in self - esteem and each dimension of self- esteem. And the follow - up assessment shows the self- esteem of experimental group is sustained. Conclusion : Group training can effectively improve self - esteem of students.
