62例腮腺沃辛瘤的临床分析

Clinical analysis of 62 cases of Warthin′s tumor of parotid gland

目的探讨腮腺沃辛瘤的临床特点。方法回顾性分析62例腮腺沃辛瘤患者的资料,分别就年龄、性别、吸烟情况、病变特点及治疗方法予以分析总结。结果腮腺沃辛瘤好发于老年男性,患者多有明显长期吸烟史,手术宜采用瘤体及部分腺体切除。结论该肿瘤特点显著,应正确诊断和治疗。

Objective To sum up the characters of Warthin＇s tumor of parotid gland. Methods Age, sex, history of smoking, characters of disease and clinical therapy of 62 cases of Warthin＇s tumor were collected. Results Warthin＇s tumor always occurred in old males. The patients usually had long history of smoking in the best method of therapy to remove the tumor and partial parotidectomy. Conclusion Warthin＇s tumor has obvious clinical characters so we should give a correct diagnosis and treatment to it.
