摘要
目的观察外伤性脱位牙再植以总结临床经验。方法89例外伤性脱位牙患者(107颗牙)行常规再植术,观察1～5年并总结分析。结果89例外伤性脱位牙再植成功78例,成功率为87.6%。结论再植成功与就诊时间和保存方式关系密切,掌握适应证和可靠的固定方法,能提高成功率。
Objective To observe tooth replantation for patients of traumatic dislocation, in order to summarize clinical experience. Methods 89 cases （107 teeth） were given replantation routine observation and analysis of 1 to 5 years. Results 78 cases had success, and the success rate was 87.6%. Conclusion The successful replan- tatlon attributes to the treatment time arid the way to preserve. Grasping indications and reliable fixed methods can improve the successful rate.
