摘要 二氯化钴常用于体外诱导细胞缺氧,在细胞增殖、分化及应激反应研究中得到广泛应用。牙髓炎症状态时存在低氧环境,有关二氯化钴的应用研究为体外诱导牙髓细胞缺氧提供了可借鉴的思路和方法。 Cobalt chloride, a hypoxia-mimicking agent, is widely used in the research of cell proliferation, differentiation and various hypoxic responses. The pulpal inflammation could result in hypoxia and subsequent pulp damage, and these studies on cobalt chloride may provide new methods to induce dental pulp ceils hypoxia invitro.
