由于牙周炎与多种系统性疾病密切相关,因此牙周治疗对系统性疾病是否有影响引起了学者们的广泛关注。研究证实,牙周治疗有利于系统性疾病的预防或治疗,其机制可能是牙周治疗改变了患者的全身状态。本文就牙周治疗对系统性疾病的影响和可能机制的研究进展作一综述。

There are more and more researches on periodontal medicine in the field of periodontology. With the research progress, it is known that there is a close relationship between periodontal inflammation and system diseases. Therefore, whether the periodontal treatment can affect system diseases becomes an interesting question. Several studies suggest that periodontal treatment is good for system diseases, and the mechanism may be that periodontal treatment changes the body condition. This article reviewed the research progress on the influence of periodontal treatment to system diseases.
