腭裂和睡眠呼吸紊乱是口腔颌面外科临床上较为常见的疾病。近年来的研究表明,腭裂患者具有某些睡眠呼吸紊乱的特征。本文从上气道、鼻腔、舌体和颅颌面等解剖结构的异常,神经肌肉运动的异常以及空气动力学指标的异常等方面,对腭裂患者所具有的睡眠呼吸紊乱相关特征作一综述。
