利用dc-ELISA筛选玉米赤霉烯酮产毒菌的研究 被引量:1

摘要 应用实验室制备的抗玉米赤霉烯酮(zearalenone,ZEN)单克隆抗体建立了直接竞争ELISA方法(direct competitive ELISA),并利用该方法探讨了ZEN产毒菌的筛选可能性。实验结果表明该方法快速、灵敏,添加回收率为99.3%~152.3%,用该法检测产ZEN菌株,可为保障粮食安全提供有效检测方法。 A direct competitive ELISA with anti-ZEN McAb for screening the Zearalenone(ZEN) producing strains in Barley was developed. This dc-ELISA method, the recovery ratio is 99.3%-152.3%, on which spiked more than 30, 50, 100, 500, 1000 mg/mL ZEN. The isolates Fusarium spp. Were inoculated on 1% peptone czapek medium, cultured on 28 ℃ for 14days and investigated zearalenone producing strain by dc-ELISA with cultured medium, directly.
