摘要
目的:观察枸杞子和蒲公英对高血脂模型小鼠的降血脂影响。方法:实验分正常对照组和实验组,其中实验组又分蒲公英组、枸杞子组、蒲公英和枸杞子混合组(1∶1)、模型对照组。正常对照组喂食基础饲料,实验组采用喂食高脂饲料的方法建立小鼠高血脂模型。建模成功后模型对照组继续喂食高脂饲料,蒲公英、枸杞子、蒲公英和枸杞子混合组分别灌胃蒲公英水煎液(1.25g/kg)、枸杞子水煎液(1.25g/kg)、蒲公英和枸杞子混合水煎液(1.25g/kg),正常对照组和模型对照组分别给予同等体积的生理盐水。灌胃两周后测定TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C。结果:蒲公英组、枸杞子组、蒲公英和枸杞子混合组的TG指标分别为1.30±0.22、0.75±0.21、0.67±0.15与模型对照组1.90+0.19比较,差异极显著(P<0.01);蒲公英组、蒲公英和枸杞子混合组的HDLC水平分别为2.46±0.29、2.42±0.63,与模型对照组1.29±0.90比较,差异显著(P<0.05),但对TC、LDL-C差异不显著。结论:蒲公英、枸杞子、蒲公英和枸杞子混合液可极显著地降低小鼠TG,并能有效地升高HDL-C,有一定的降血脂能力。
Objective: To observe the dandelion, the fructus lycii on the high blood fats mice model reducing lipid influence. Methods The expermental are divided into control group and experimental group, of which the experimental group also divided into dandelion group, fructus lycii group, dandelion and fructus lycii mixed group(l:1), model group. Control group were fed with ordinary forage, the experimental group were fed with highlipid' forage. After the experimental hyperlipidemia mice model were succeeded. The experimental group to continue feeding with high-lipid forage, dandelion group, fructus lycii group, dandelion and fructus lycii mixed group were garaged by decoction of dandelion(1.25 g/kg), decoction of fructus lycii(1.25 g/kg), decoction of dandelion and fructus lycii mixed (1.25 g/kg), control group and the experimental group were given equal volume of saline. The levels of TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and TG are determined in all groups after 2 weeks. Resuls: Dandelion group, fructus lycii group, dandelion and fructus lycii mixed group TG indicators were 1.30±0.22, 0.75±0.21, 0.67±0.15, as compared with the experimental group 1.90±0.19. A very significant difference P〈 0.01. Dandelion group, dandelion and fructus lycii mixed group HDL-C indicators were 2.46±0.29, 2.42±0.63, as compared with the experimental group 1.29±0.90. More significant differences P〈0.05, however, the TC, LDL-C difference was not significant. Conclusion: Dandelion group, fructus lycil group and decoction of dandelion and fructus lycii mixed group can be significantly reduced in mice TG, and can effectively increase HDL-C, a certain hypolipidemic capacity.
