摘要
抗菌肽是近年来广泛研究的在生物体内可诱导产生的具有抗菌作用的生物活性肽。以蚯蚓为研究材料,用60%终浓度硫酸铵沉淀蛋白,并对蚯蚓抗菌肽进行热处理(37、50、80℃)和pH值处理(4.0、7.0、9.0),测定粗提液对G+(金黄色葡萄球菌Staphylococcus aureus)和G-(大肠杆菌Escherichia coli)的抑菌活性,证实蚯蚓抗菌肽具有抑菌活性,较好的热稳定性和pH稳定性。
Antibacterial peptide is a kind of be induced bioactive peptide existing in organism vivo, performing bacteriostasis in recent research. Earthworms were used by 60% saturation degree of ammonium sulfate on extracting protein. While the peptide was treated with heating and pH, and testing bacteriostasis effect on Gram-positive bacterium(Staphylococcus aureus)and Gram-negative(Escherichia coli). The results show that antibacterial peptides of earthworms the ability of bacteriostasis. Antibacterial peptides have thermostability at 37-80℃ and stabilityof pH at 4.0-9.0.
