摘要
钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、锌8种营养强化元素是婴幼儿配方乳粉控制的重要指标,目前国家标准中的主要检测方法是原子吸收光谱法。采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法联合测定以上8种元素,与原子吸收光谱法比较,本方法线性范围宽,检出限低,操作简便,结果稳定性好,具有更高的准确度,是配方乳粉检测的理想方法。
The determination of potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, copper and zinc in formula milk powder for infant and young children are important objects. At present, the determination of these elements by atomic absorb spectrometry is the mostly methods. In this paper, we determined these elements in milk powder by the plasma-atomic emission spectrometry. Comparing with the method by atomic absorb spectrometry, this method with the wide range of lineadty and easy operation, the stability and accuracy of datum are better. This method is worth popularizing in food determination.
