摘要
用分光光度法和邻苯三酚自氧化法测定粗花粉、花粉酶解浓缩液以及花粉酶解沉淀物的总黄酮和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD酶)活性。结果:粗花粉总黄酮515.520mg/100g、花粉酶解浓缩液总黄酮1083.074mg/100g、花粉酶解沉淀物总黄酮1256.147mg/100g。花粉酶解浓缩液和花粉酶解沉淀物总黄酮之和是粗花粉总黄酮的4.54倍;SOD酶活力有较高的保留。
The activity of SOD and total-flavonoid, existing in raw materials of bee pollens, concentrated liquid of enzymolysis and deposit after enzymolysis, were measurated by spectrophotometry and pyrogallol autooxidation. It indicated that total-flavonoid of raw materials, concentrated liquid, and deposit after enzymolysis were 515.520, 1083.074, and 1256.147 mg/100 g, respectively. The sum of total-flavonoid of concentrated liquid and deposit after enzymolysis was 4.54 times as much as that of raw materials. The activity of SOD in the concentrated liquid was remained to some extent.
