摘要
对酵母葡聚糖测定方法进行研究,采用高温水解-HPLC法测定酵母葡聚糖样品中葡聚糖含量,水解最佳条件为:采用盐酸0.5mol/L,121℃水解1h。并采用curdlan作为标准品校正高温水解对葡萄糖降解的影响,形成了最佳酵母葡聚糖测定方法,方法RSD为1.11%。
The determination method of yeast glucan was studied in this paper. The optimal hydrolyzation condition is: 0.5 mol/L HCl, 121 ℃, 1 h, and use the curdlan as the standard to emend the damage of glucose by hydrolyzation, the RSD of this method is 1.11%.
