摘要 目的:研究多菌灵对乙酰胆碱酯酶和免疫系统的毒性影响。方法:按剂量将Wistar大鼠分高、中、低3个剂量组和1个对照组,经口灌胃,麻醉、处死后摘取脑检测乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性,剥取胸腺、脾脏进行免疫脏器质量的称质量,将所得数据与对照组进行比较。结果:高、中、低3三个剂量组的大鼠大、小脑乙酰胆碱酯酶活性与对照组比较均无统计学差异,胸腺与脾脏的质量指数也无明显差异。结论:多菌灵对大鼠的乙酰胆碱酯酶和免疫系统不产生毒性影响。 Carbendazim observation of the activity of acetylcholinesterase toxic effects and the impact of the immune system. Objective: Observe and do research on the influlences of carbendazim on acetylcholinesterase activity and hepato toxicity of immune system. Method: The general method of this test is to test the acetylcholinesterase activity and weigh the splenic immune organ after Carbendazim treatment by oral garage, then the weigh of Splenic immune organ was campared with the result deta in the three groups. Result: The activity of rat brain acetylcholinesterase and the weight of splenic immune organ in the three dose groups(high, medium and low) have no significance differences compared with the control groups. Conclusion: There is no influences of carbendazim on acetylcholinesterase activity and hepato toxicity of immune system.
