摘要
利用自适应遗传交叉变异策略,设计了一种冷连轧轧制负荷优化方法。以各机架相对压下率为自变量,以各机架轧制力相对均衡为优化目标,建立目标函数。通过与在某1370冷连轧机的负荷优化方法进行比较,仿真结果表明,自适应遗传算法具有搜索速度更快、收敛精度更高等优点,更适合在实际生产中应用。
A load distribution method was designed using adaptive crossover and mutation strategy,in which the relative reduction distribution at each stand was decision variable and the roiling pressure relative balance was the optimized objective function. Comprared with the existing method on 1370 tandem cold rolling mills,simulation demonstrated that the adaptive genetic optimization algorithm had the advantages of faster speedand higher precision. It is more suitable use in the production of tandem cold milling.
