摘要
针对某精轧机齿轮分配箱存在的振动值偏大问题,采用振动信号时域分析和边频带分析相结合的方法进行故障诊断研究。研究结果表明该齿轮分配箱的齿轮没有故障征兆存在。产生齿轮分配箱振动值偏大的原因是电机与齿轮分配箱之间的接轴不平衡。
In order to find out the reason of vibration of a finish mill gear distribution box is higher than others', the time domain analysis and the sideband analysis to the vibration signal are combinated to fault diagnosis. The result shows that the gear distribution box is fine and the reason of higher vibration is the coupling spindle between the electric machine and gear distribution box is out of balance.
