糖多孢红霉菌红霉素高产菌种的诱变选育 被引量:3

摘要 目的诱变和筛选糖多孢红霉菌(Saccharopolyspora erythraea)红霉素的高产菌种。方法以糖多孢红霉菌L1为出发菌株,紫外线作为诱变剂,诱变和筛选生产所用菌种。结果获得了高产变株L2-26,其发酵水平较出发菌株提高了19.8%。结论此方法可有效地获得高产变株,发酵水平明显提高。 Objective To breed erythromycin high-yielding Saccharopolyspora erythraea strain, Methods Saccharopolyspora erythraea strain L1 was used as the starting strain. Mutagenesis was induced by UV. Results The fermentation yield of the resulting erythromycin high-yielding stain L2-26, was 19.8 % higher than that of starting strain. ZConclusion Erythromycin production was increased obviously.
