摘要
为快速扩繁增殖杉木优良无性系，应用生长素、赤霉素、细胞分裂素和ＫＭｎＯ４等化学药剂处理杉木采穗母株根颈试验，探讨促萌机理。结果表明，０．２％ＫＭｎＯ４液，１０×１０－６２．４－Ｄ和５×１０－６三十烷醇三个处理有促萌效果，萌条数量分别比对照增加４６．２％，２５．８％和１４．０％。
The coppices shooting of root collar were reproducted by application chamical reagent for plucking scion of mother plant of Chinese fir clone. The result indicated that amounts of shooting of daubed by 0 2% KMnO4, 10×10 -6 2 4 D,5×10 -6 triacontand were 46 2%,25 8%,14 0% respective higher than that of comparison.
