针对泡沫塑料吸附—火焰原子吸收法测定岩石样品中金的整个实验过程引入的不确定度进行分析和量化计算,明确影响不确定度的主要因素,得出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,并给出测试结果。

The paper analyzed and caculated the uncertainty of the mensuration experiment of gold in ore samples by foam adsorption-flame atomic absorption spectroscopy method. The main influencial factors of the uncertainty were determined. The combined standard uncertainty and the extended uncertainty was achieved.
