Newly-announced "Ling Ding vase", unearthed from Xing Qiu in Henan province with an inscription of" Xing"in Chinese character on the cover, can be traced back to the Wei State, judging by its format and style of writing. Newly-announced" Cheng Gao Ling Ding vase" with the epigraph of" Jiu Nu" in Chinese character belongs to the Han State. The epigraphs can not be explained as" Gao Nu", but" Qiang Jiu Nu" for short. "Xiang Bang dagger-axe manufactured on the seventeenth year in the Wei State", published by "Treasures of Qin Studio", has an inscription of "". This can be understood as "Mao" (卯). The authority of officials termed as "Xiang Bang" in the Wei state can be more clearly understood.
