过敏性紫癜患者血中5-羟色胺含量的测定及临床意义 被引量:1

Significance of detecting serum 5-hydroxytryptamine content in patients with anaphylactoid purpura

摘要 目的探讨5-羟色胺(5-HT)在过敏性紫癜发病机制中的作用。方法对36例过敏性紫癜患者治疗前及治愈后均采用高压液相色谱-紫外光检测法测定血清5-羟色胺含量,并与健康对照组30例作比较。结果过敏性紫癜患者血清5-HT含量治疗前高于健康对照组(P<0.01),而痊愈后降为正常(P>0.05)。结论本研究显示5-HT参与过敏性紫癜的发病,患者血清5-HT浓度与疾病的活动性有关,5-HT可能是过敏性紫癜诊断和判愈的一个参考指标。 Objective To study the role of serotonin in the pathogenesis of anaphylactoid purpura. Methods To determine serum serotonin content of 36 pretreatment and 30 posttreatment patients with anaphylactoid purpura by high - performance liquid chromatographic violet detecting method , and compared with that of normal control. Results The results showed that serum serotonin content of 36 pretreatment patients with anaphylactoid purpura was significantly higher than that of normal control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). But serum serotonin content of 30 posttreatment patients with anaphylactoid purpura had no difference than that of normal group ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusions Serotonin probably plays an important role in the pathogenesis and activity of anaphylactoid purpura.
