血浆神经元特异性烯醇化酶和超敏C-反应蛋白浓度与急性脑梗死的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血浆神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度在其诊断中的应用。方法采用放射免疫测定法和透射免疫比浊法检测54例ACI患者及46健康对照组血浆NSE和hs-CRP浓度,观察比较ACI患者在不同病情时血浆NSE和hs-CRP浓度变化。结果ACI组血浆NSE和hs-CRP浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.01),并随着梗死面积增加而增加(P<0.01),血浆NSE和hs-CRP浓度呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论ACI患者血浆NSE和hs-CRP浓度明显增高,血浆NSE和hs-CRP水平可以为神经系统损伤程度提供定量信息,是诊断和评估病情的重要指标。
