摘要
教育实习制度的完善与否直接影响教育实习能否有效实施。比较与反思中美教育实习制度在实习资格确认制度、实习计划实施的前期工作、实习工作计划与实施主张、实习生工作指引以及高等师范院校实习指导人员管理制度等方面存在的异同,对我国教育实习制度的改革有一定的借鉴意义。
Whether or not the system of teaching internship is complete has a direct beating on the effectiveness of teaching. It is of referential significance to the reform of the Chinese teaching internship system to compare and rethink the differences and similarities between China and America internship qualification, preliminary work prior to the internship schedule, internship regarding proposals, the system of orientation of interns and the management system of supervisors in normal colleges and universities.
