摘要
本文论述了一个微波功率源的连锁保护装置的设计。该系统核心是连锁保护控制电路,实现了对微波系统连锁保护信号和调制器连锁保护信号的实时监测和控制,且实现和PLC信号的传输。
In the paper, we describe the design of the microwave power interlock and protection device for Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility. The control circuit is the core of this interlock and protection system, which achieves the real time monitoring and control of microwave system interlock and protection signal and modulator interlock and protection signal This system is capable of implementing signal transmission, too, with PLC.
