摘要
采用物理化学相分析、X射线衍射、金相检验和持久试验等分析方法研究了烟汽轮机叶片合金(GH864)在不同超温试验条件下显微组织中的碳化物含量与持久强度的关系。结果表明:随着GH864合金中碳化物含量的增加,尤其是M23C6量的增多,其持久强度下降,从而缩短了其剩余寿命。
Relationship between the carbide content in microstructure and the creep rupture strength of GH864 alloy was studied under different overheated condition by using physical and chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction, metallographic examination and creep rupture strength test. The result showed that with the carbide content increase, especially with M23 C6 content increase, the creep rupture strength and remaining life of GH864 alloy decreased.
