提倡'健康的教育'便是提倡'正常的教育'。当下的教育是有'教'而无'育'的教育,是见物不见人的'数字化'的教育,是只要分数不要社会公义的缺'德'的教育,是追求产业化的教育。
As intellectuals, the status of headteachers can't only be judged as ordinary teacher with their improvement of academic qualifications and the development of professionalism. The characters of intellectuals should be kept by every headteacher. Standing on the point of profession as headteachers, intellectuals endows headteachers with roles of educationists in the respect of thinking, managers in the respect of humanism. In addition, they can discourse freely in the reform of primary education. But as intellectuals, headteachers have experienced many difficulties.
