在现代社会,高等教育的地位对政府、对社会都日益凸显它的重要性。当前高等学校的自主性正受到来自外部和内部的双重挑战。本文从过去由此造成的矛盾冲突和不和谐进行认真的梳理,来寻求解决落实高校办学自主权的途径。
