摘要
我国农村教师现行薪酬体系源于2006年机关事业单位工资分配制度的改革。它对于调整工资分配,促进教师工资制度、人事制度、财务制度及职称评定等相关配套改革密切相关。但目前农村教师的薪酬现状依然堪忧,存在着总体收入水平低于公务员收入水平,区域收入水平差异较大等现状。农村教师薪酬体系激励功能的缺失是重要原因。
The current teachers' pay system in rural area of China is originated from the reform on pay and distribution in government organs and institutions in 2006,which is related to a couple of aspects ,such as adjusting of wage distribution ,pushing forward teachers' payment syetem reform and enhancing the personnel system ,financial system ,and the professional title appraisal system reform.but teachers' salary condition in rural area is still a hot topic .the total income of teachers is still lower than that of national public servants, there exist large disparities in the income levels in different area.one key reason is absence of incentive function of rural teachers' pay system.
