摘要
以1-溴代金刚烷、尿素为原料,豆油为溶剂的条件下合成金刚烷胺,并用核磁进行了结构表征。使盐酸金刚烷胺的合成方法得到补充,提高盐酸金刚烷胺的的产率与纯度。
Amantadine was synthesized with 1-bromo amantadine and urea, as bean oil was the solvent. And its structure was showed by H-NMR. In this paper, the yeild and purity of amantadine were improved.
