摘要
采用硫酸高铈为催化剂合成了异戊酸丁酯。考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间、带水剂及催化剂重复使用性等因素对收率的影响。适宜反应条件为:异戊酸0.2mol,醇酸物质的量比1.2,催化剂0.75g,苯5mL,反应80min,收率可达95.7%。
Butyl isovalerate was synthesized by influencing the yield were discussed and the best using cerium sulfate as the catalyst. Factors conditions was found.Experimental results showed that isovaleric acid 0.2mol,molar ratio of alcohol to acid 1.2, the catalyst 0.75g ,benzene 5mL and reaction time 80min ,the yield is 95.7%.
