摘要
目的建立压力性尿失禁动物模型,为压力性尿失禁的研究提供材料。方法30只健康雌性大鼠被随机平均分为实验组(15例)和对照组(15例),实验组切断阴部神经,对照组只游离不切断,所有大鼠行耻骨上膀胱置管,手术前后分别测定腹压漏尿点压(PALP)。结果2组术前PALP差异无统计学意义;对照组手术前后的PALP差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而实验组手术前后PALP二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴部神经切断是可以建立女性压力性尿失禁雌鼠模型的一种有效方法,该模型具有SUI发生率高、稳定性好的优点。
Objective To explore the feasibility of cutting off the pudendal nerves to establish a rat model of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Methods A total of 30 healthy female SD rats were randomly allocated into 2 groups, namely control group (n = 15 ) and bilateral PNT group (n = 15). The abdominal leak point pressure (PALP) testing was performed. Bilateral pudendal Nerves were transeeted in PNT group and isolated only in the control group. PALP was measured again. Results In control group, the difference was not significant (P 〉 0. 05 ). There was significant difference before and after PNT in PALP ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion This rat model for female SUI established by PNT is valid and reproducible.
