摘要
为了精确测量射线检测图像中微焊缝的宽度,结合焊缝图像及检测工装的特点,采用软硬件结合的方法,提出了一种通过图像切割、膨胀以及确定起点的激光定位双边界同步跟踪的边缘检测方法,得到了精确的焊缝边缘信息,为准确测量焊缝宽度提供了依据。实际的图像处理结果证明了所用方法的有效性。
In order to accurately measure the image width of micro weld tested by radiographic testing, an edge detecting method of laser-targeted double-border synchronization tracking was put forward by combining the characteristics of weld image and equipment and by using both hardware and software combination. Through cutting through the image, expansion and identifying the start point, the accurate weld edge information was got, providing a basis for the accurate measurement of the weld width. The actual image processing results proved the effectiveness of the methods.
