With the speedy development of the science and technology and the Global integration, the different governments have proposed some different creative strategies and the researchers also have set to study of this field from different perspective. The author gave a high degree of discussion to the historical theories of the national creative strategies, the manners to implementation and the developing trends and made a conclusion that the previous successful experiences and theoretical results can benefit the implementation of our national creative strategies.
