论我国高等教育质量保障体系的构建——以发达国家经验为鉴

On Construction of Higher Education's Quality Assurance System in China——Learning from Developed Countries

随着我国高等教育进入大众化阶段,如何构建新时期的高等教育质量保障体系显得尤为重要,分析欧美等发达国家的高等教育质量保障体系的特色与经验以及对我国的启示,并在此基础上提出从高等教育质量外部保障体系、内部保障体系、保障制度等方面加强我国高等教育质量保障体系建设。

With the popularization of higher education in China, how tobuild a higher education＇s quality assurance system of the new period becomes particularly important. By analyzing the characteristics and experience of higher education＇s quality assurance system in European countries and the United States and other developed countries, this paper gets inspiration from the experience of these countries, and then proposes that we could strengthen the building of higher education＇s quality assurance system from external assurance system, internal assurance system and assurance institution.
